Our beautiful Studio Pilates Bathurst Street is seeking a bubbly and pro-active Sales Support guru to join its team on a part time casual basis.

THE ROLE

As Sales Support, you will support the Studio Manager and Sales Consultant to drive the sales of the studio. Your role will involve some, or all of the bellow duties:

● Check voicemails and action them

● Perform follow up calls to those that attended a Studio Pilates Orientation workout the previous day

● Call all clients needing pack renewal through email reminders

● Call all clients finishing their intro/ regular packs

● Invite members into your free spots in your classes for the evening and next morning

● Follow up clients who are due for a pack renewal as per email tasks and contact logs

● Swap hand straps and sticky mats and wash

● Perform a stocktake

● Follow SP Client Retention strategies: phone calls, emails and sms to clients

● Studio Maintenance: restocking reformer wipes, reformer safety check, general building maintenance

(In addition to the above, you have the opportunity to be involved in Studio Pilates Bathurst Street local area marketing initiatives, as requested by the Studio Manager.)

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
