  • Keep Things Moving: Monitor and reconcile pallet movements to ensure accuracy.
  • Be the Problem-Solver: Liaise with drivers, subcontractors, and customers to resolve queries quickly.
  • Stay Organized: Complete daily manifesting, documentation, and data entry.
  • Support Performance: Help us achieve DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) goals.
  • Handle Payments: Coordinate and process payments to agents with precision.
  • Own Your Space: Keep records tidy, accurate, and up to date.
What You Bring
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail – you love ticking tasks off your list.
  • Clear and confident communication skills – you can work with everyone from drivers to customers.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities in a busy environment.
  • Experience in pallet control, freight administration, or logistics (a bonus, but not essential).
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude – you don't just see problems, you fix them.
