About You
We are looking for an experienced PR professional to join our team as a Senior Account Manager. You're a creative thinker, a natural collaborator and someone who thrives on turning ideas into impact.. As a Senior Account Manager, you will deliver integrated marketing campaigns for some of the world's most exciting B2B and B2C technology brands – think Shopify, Mailchimp, Jabra, Oracle and Ericsson.
In this role, You will be responsible for the management and day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns spanning PR, content, digital and social. You will build strong client relationships, and bring fresh thinking to every brief. Your curiosity, creativity and collaborative spirit will shape campaigns that move the needle.
What You Do
As a Senior Account Manager, you are a seasoned communications or specialist lead who has demonstrated successful running of large projects/campaigns, accounts, and/or teams, if relevant, with minimum input from other senior leaders.
- Serve as a trusted senior advisor to clients – leading conversations, offering strategic counsel and driving results
- Manage and execute integrated campaigns across the development, coordination, implementation and administration of communications campaigns using both traditional and integrated tools
- Mentor and support the development of junior consultants
- Build, nurture and grow client relationships, identifying new opportunities and contribute to business development
What You Offer
- 5-7 years of agency experience in communications consulting, preferably with a focus on corporate and technology clients
- A mindset rooted in curiosity and continuous improvement - you ask great questions and seek smarter ways of working
- A collaborative mindset, proactive attitude with a strong ability to consistently exceed clients' expectations
- Proven experience managing accounts and delivering high-impact campaigns
- Strong media and influencer relationships and a deep understanding of the media landscape
- Confidence to work independently on smaller accounts while knowing when to tap into senior support when needed
