We are seeking passionate Front of House Staff and experienced Senior Beauty Therapists to join our team and help elevate the guest experience.

The Roles

Senior Beauty Therapist

As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will:

  • Deliver a range of advanced treatments, including facials, laser therapies, body treatments, and massage
  • Provide personalised skincare advice and recommendations
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and guest care
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in beauty therapy
  • Mentor and support junior therapists with training and guidance
  • Contribute to the team's success by supporting treatment and retail targets

Front of House Staff

As part of our Front of House team, you will:

  • Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and polish
  • Manage bookings and schedules accurately and efficiently
  • Assist guests with treatment and product enquiries
  • Deliver a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure
  • Support the team to achieve service and retail sales targets

About You

For Senior Beauty Therapists:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a beauty therapist role with advanced skills in facials and body treatments
  • Laser treatment experience desirable
  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a luxury or high-end spa/clinic highly desirable
  • Strong skincare knowledge and passion for guest care
  • Professional, polished, and nurturing approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively and mentor others

For Front of House Staff:

  • Previous experience in reception, front desk, or guest service roles
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering exceptional service
  • A professional, polished, and welcoming approach
  • Strong team player with a passion for luxury guest experiences
  • Experience in the beauty industry is highly desirable
