Foh Staff

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused **Front of House (FOH) Staff Members** to join our team at Rashays Narellan. As a FOH Staff Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service and ensuring that our guests have an outstanding dining experience. You will assist with seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The role requires availability to work during the busy **Christmas period** and on weekends.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude as they arrive.
- Assist guests with seating and provide menus, ensuring they are comfortable and ready to order.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring guests’ needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address any concerns, and ensure high-quality service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and ensuring the space is presentable.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Support colleagues with other duties as needed, maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- **Must be available to work during the Christmas period, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve, as well as weekends.**:

- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service to guests.
- Must be available to work during the day - times include 10:30am - 4:30pm.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $14.66 - $41.47 per hour
