Working with the People Manager, South Queensland, we have a great opportunity for a **People Business Partner (HRBP) **to join our team in **Brisbane **. This position is a strategic and tactical role responsible for a number of discipline focused groups and deliverance of HR projects. You will work closely with the relevant Managers and their teams to plan, resource and execute their business plans and deliver on human resource obligations. The role also works closely with the other parts of the People Team including Recruitment and the other People Business Partners.

This is a role where you will be the trusted advisor to the business and own the full spectrum of people services including;
- Responsible for HR service delivery to your Service Groups and initiate solutions for continuous improvement
- Providing advice and support to your stakeholders on various people matters
- Engage with your key stakeholders to effectively implement engagement and development initiatives
- Coaching and developing leaders to drive performance
- Facilitate and implement learning and development initiatives
- Employee relations
- Assist with facilitating the implementation of annual HR processes including performance reviews, business planning and remuneration reviews
- Manage people projects in line with the South Qld Region People Business Plan

**What you will bring to the role**:

- HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years' experience at a business partner or comparable level
- Process improvement skills and ability to manage change
- An inquiry mindset and ability to think pragmatically and solve problems while on your feet
- Client engagement and presentation skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Professional Services experience preferred
