Variety work & clients inc prof'l svcs, community service, mfg - East Brisbane HO with clients across Brisbane - Take next step to HRBP - receive PD, mentoring, systems **_Looking for a generalist HR role with a focus on Business Partnering role while also being supported with mentoring and professional development?_** **_Want to work as a HRBP for a variety of industries and clients while also being part of the Harrisons team of consultants and sharing knowledge and resources?_** **The opportunity** Develop and deliver on the People & Culture Plans and projects, which is different for each client but will most often include: - Advising, coaching and training managers on the full range of HR management areas, including performance management, leadership development, FWA and Award terms and conditions, attraction and retention. - Facilitating employee engagement surveys and action planning, HR Health Checks and developing HR Plans with a focus on culture, compliance, and upskilling managers. - Resourcing strategy - attracting, selecting and onboarding new team members for clients. Including developing EVP/Employer Brand strategies with clients to address current sourcing challenges. - Managing HR/ER/L&D projects such as employee engagement surveys, developing position descriptions, P&Ps, performance and development reviews, remuneration reviews, and HRIS implementation. **About you** - Demonstrated business partnering, influencing, coaching and relationship-building skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Solid generalist HR experience and/or external HR consultant. - Preferably experienced in a range of industries such as professional services, community services and/or manufacturing. - Experience implementing HRIS (eg Employment Hero, ELMO) is an advantage. - Tertiary qualifications in business, OD, HR/ER, psych, employment law or similar highly desirable. **What we offer** As an employee of Harrisons, we offer: - Join a fast-paced, professional, social and growing business. - Opportunity to work with variety of clients. - Professional and modern offices. - Competitive remuneration package, including incentives. - Professional development opportunities - and allowance. - Friendly culture, including flexible arrangements, birthday leave and paid parental leave. **APPLY NOW** Please submit a cover letter addressing the "About You" section above and your resume.
