The Wolves Den Tattoo Studio is looking for a full-time legend to step into a hybrid Closer + CX (customer experience) role. This is a sales-driven, client-facing position where 80% of your time is spent running consults, securing bookings, and enhancing the client journey. For the right person, there's also the opportunity to expand into laser and piercing training, but the core of this role is closing and CX.

Your Role: Closing & Client Experience
- Run Consults (Main Gig): Own tattoo, laser, and piercing consults. Handle objections, prize the artist/studio, and secure deposits with confidence.
- Protect the Client Journey: Manage comms, reminders, and rebookings so every client shows up and feels valued.
- Sales That Stick: Upsell services and aftercare with integrity, ensuring clients leave excited and cared for.
- Pipeline Pro: Keep the CRM spotless, follow up leads fast, and track performance daily.
- Studio Support: Keep the day flowing, front-of-house vibes, payments, review requests.
80% of your focus is consults, bookings, and Customer experience. The remaining 20%? Optional growth into tech (laser/piercing), and other projects if you're hungry for it.
Hours & Availability
- Full-Time Role: 5 Shifts / Week
- Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Hours: 9am – 5pm
- Must be available for public holiday shift rotation. (approximately 2-3 p/yr)
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in sales, admin, hospitality, or client-facing roles.
- A confident closer who loves consults, booking clients, and smashing sales targets.
- Experience with CRMs or booking systems.
- Strong communication skills: in-person, over the phone, and online.
- A detail-driven multitasker who thrives under pressure.
- Passion for delivering a premium client experience.
- Reliable, team-focused, and hungry to grow.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment (hospitality, retail, beauty, or similar). You thrive under pressure and keep your cool while multitasking without dropping the ball.
Success Looks Like
- Consult Close Rate: ≥ 75%
- Daily Revenue Closed: $8K+ (studio-wide contribution)
- Rebooking Rate: ≥ 60%
- Client Satisfaction: ≥ 90% (studio-wide contribution)
