About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our friendly Berwick Ford service team.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in delivering first-class service, this is the perfect opportunity to accelerate your career with a strong and supportive brand.  Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our workshop team, ensuring every service experience runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist customers with service enquiries and bookings
  • Schedule service appointments and manage walk-ins efficiently
  • Create, cost, and close repair orders with accuracy and care
  • Communicate clearly with technicians, Workshop Controller, and Foreman
  • Keep customers updated and ensure their experience exceeds expectations
  • Maintain company standards, policies, and DMS processes

What You'll Bring

  • Previous dealership experience (essential)
  • Proficiency in DMS systems
  • A valid manual driver's licence
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
