What You'll Do

  • Keep projects running smoothly by coordinating paperwork, processing timesheets, and preparing reports.
  • Support technicians and account managers with day-to-day admin tasks.
  • Organise office operations, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Work closely with accounts and payroll to process weekly timesheets.
  • Maintain project files and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and handle incoming service calls, as well as support reception cover.

What We're Looking For

  • A motivated, detail-oriented individual ready to learn and grow.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills. (Experience in admin or electrical industry is a bonus—but not essential)
