Xavier Kindergarten is a 22-place standalone kindergarten located conveniently on the grounds of Xavier Catholic College, Eli Waters. Our Kindergarten operates 40 weeks per year and is closed during school holidays.

Hours: Casual/Relief role - Service closed during school holidays, but opportunity exists to pick up shifts across CEEC Services.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Children Services (ACECQA equivalent)
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
  • Experience working with a diverse range of children, including neurodiverse children, and children with physical disabilities
  • Experience working in a small team environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
  • Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
