As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels welcome.

About Your New Role
  • Develop meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community.
  • Support and guide children's learning while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector.

You will be supported by your Centre Leadership Team as you learn the fundamental skills of being an inspired educator.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Bring values of connection, communication, and consideration to life in everyday practice.
  • Assist with observations and evaluations of individuals and groups of children.
  • Evaluate children's strengths, weaknesses, interests, and preferences to design activities for their development.
  • Work collaboratively to develop and implement programs that foster all aspects of children's development.
  • Work effectively as a team member and adhere to defined position requirements.
Requirements:
  • Commitment to providing a safe, caring, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for all children and families.
  • Ability to adhere to professional codes of ethics and conduct.
  • Understanding of appropriate behaviors when engaging with children.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • ACECQA approved Diploma or Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
