About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team at Care Link Services. You will assist clients with personal care, household tasks, and community engagement activities to help them live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and daily living support.
  • Assist with household duties (e.g., cleaning, meal preparation).
  • Support clients in community and social activities.
  • Administer medication (if required).
  • Maintain accurate client records and report any concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • First Aid & CPR certification (required)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
  • National Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
  • Experience in disability support (preferred but not essential)
  • PEG Tube Certificate (desirable)
