Base pay range

A$43.22/hr - A$44.58/hr

Joining the Open Minds team, you'll be assisting our clients who have complex needs and are in our Redcliffe region. Each day will be different and may include assisting with mental health challenges, personal care, household duties, and medication. Most of all, you will provide companionship and build meaningful, caring relationships.

The team supports our clients in their homes and to access community, from Redcliffe, Caboolture and down to Chermside.

About You

  • Experience with personal care, medication management and manual handling
  • Experience with structed routines in complex support environments, including In Home Support and Community Access
  • You may have experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, and handling mental health challenges
  • Can work across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons and nights

Requirements
  • A current Open Driver's Licence.
  • Experience with disabilities and mental health support services. This may not be paid experience, it may be your own lived experience.
