Family First Care Group is a person-focused disability support organisation providing a wide range of person-focused support to NDIS participants across Queensland.

Our range of services include:

- Social and Community Participation
- In Home Support
- Transportation
- Assistance in Daily Living
- Support Coordination

We are now looking for Support workers to join our team across Queensland for an **immediate start.**

**Must have**:

- Fantastic positive personality
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Have flexibility and availability during week days
- Excellent Communication
- Genuine care and empathy for others
- Valid Australian drivers licence with comprehensive vehicle insurance
- Disability Services Positive Notice Card/or NDIS Workers Screening or willing to obtain
- Working with Children Positive Notice (Blue Card) or willing to obtain
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Current National Police Check or willing to obtain
- Police Check recent (last 6 months)

**Desired**:

- **background in nursing**:

- Minimum 12 months experience working as a disability support workers
- Experience working with mental health
- Cert III in Disability/Individual Support or similar qualification desired but not necessary.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Freelance, Contract

**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Redcliffe, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
