About the Role

As our HR Coordinator, you'll be the central point of contact for all things people and culture. You'll support a dynamic workforce in a fast-paced environment, partnering with leaders to drive HR initiatives that support operational success and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
  • Partner with line managers to ensure compliance with workplace legislation and company policies
  • Support workforce planning, investigations, and development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist with reporting and audits

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field are desirable
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in similar role, ideally with manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of Fair Work legislations, awards, and compliance requirements
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
