About the role

Goulburn Motor Group is seeking an experienced and driven Workshop Controller to join our team in Shepparton, VIC. As a fulltime role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our automotive workshop, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of our services.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate the workflow of the workshop, allocating jobs and resources effectively
  • Monitor and ensure the timely completion of all workshop tasks and customer orders
  • Liaise with customers to provide accurate estimates, manage their expectations, and resolve any issues
  • Supervise and support the workshop team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
  • Implement and maintain systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and report on key workshop metrics, identifying areas for improvement
