About the Business

Rx Electrical & Data is a growing electrical company based in Shepparton, delivering top-tier residential and service electrical work throughout the region. Known for our strong team culture and commitment to quality, we're now seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Electrical Supervisor to lead our team and help build and develop our business.

This role would also suit an experienced Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Foreman, or Senior Electrician looking to move into a more strategic leadership position.

The Role

The Senior Electrical Supervisor is a new role to our business where you'll be a proactive member of the team supporting our team in a hands on role. The role will consist of overseeing daily operations, job scheduling, and team coordination across a variety of electrical projects — from new builds and renovations to service and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all field operations and electrical staff
• Allocate jobs and schedule resources across residential sites and service work
• Provide technical support and ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards
• Mentor apprentices and support the professional development of your team
• Liaise with clients, builders, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Drive continuous improvement and support business growth strategies

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a proactive and experienced leader who brings both technical knowledge and strong people skills to the table.

You'll Have:

• A current A Grade Electrical Licence (VIC)
• Proven experience in a team leader or senior leadership role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• High standards for quality, safety, and customer service
• Experience across both residential new home builds and service electrical work
• A calm, positive, can-do attitude and the ability to motivate a team

Bonus if you have:

• Project management or estimating experience
• Experience using job management systems (e.g. SimPRO, AroFlo, etc.)
