The Role

Based in Brisbane, with the ability to work across Gold Coast projects, you'll manage the complete sales journey: from enquiry through to contract through to settlement, across a diverse portfolio of luxury, design-driven developments.

You'll thrive in a dynamic, brand-focused environment where every project is unique, and every buyer connection is built on trust, insight, and emotional intelligence.

You Will:

  • Represent market-leading off-the-plan projects across SEQ
  • Engage confidently with affluent owner-occupiers, downsizers, and investors
  • Manage qualified leads through to contract with precision and empathy
  • Bring a deep understanding of buyer psychology and decision-making triggers
  • Contribute to campaign launches, VIP events, and display activations
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, and developer partners
  • Deliver a level of service that reflects both our agency brand and the prestige of the projects we represent

What You'll Bring

  • 2–5 years' experience in off-the-plan or residential project sales
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Demonstrated success in creating business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Experience managing complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
  • A demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems and lead management processes
  • Strong understanding of buyer psychology, presentation, and communication
  • Polished, professional demeanour with natural commercial awareness
  • Current Real Estate Licence or Registration Certificate
