Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is a unique opportunity to shape the corporate future of TravelManagers Australia. You'll be responsible for sourcing new SME accounts, identifying corporate partnerships, and supporting the recruitment of personal travel managers (PTMs) with a corporate travel focus.

You'll manage the entire business development cycle — from identifying and pitching to onboarding and transitioning clients to our PTM network — building the foundation for long-term success.

Role Breakdown:

  • Corporate Account Acquisition (Implant Model): Source and secure SME accounts with internal bookers requiring dedicated support under the TravelManagers Australia buying group.
  • Lead Generation for PTMs: Develop and qualify SME corporate leads for existing personal travel managers (PTMs) seeking to grow their corporate business travel portfolios.
  • Corporate PTM Recruitment: Work alongside Corporate Operations Executive to recruit new corporate personal travel managers (PTMs) our brand.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in business development or sales, ideally within the travel or B2B services sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and close SME opportunities
  • Excellent relationship management, presentation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, strategic, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Passion for helping independent travel professionals grow their businesses
