Full-Time Social Media & Content Manager

Location: Melbourne (Reservoir, Northcote, Altona & Metro Melbourne)

Are you a creative storyteller who loves creating engaging, high-quality social media content? We're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join our team — managing content creation and marketing across four exciting and diverse businesses:

  • A beauty salon (Reservoir)
  • A frozen yogurt store (Northcote)
  • A souvlaki bar (Altona)
  • A plumbing business (servicing metro Melbourne)

About the Role

This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for someone passionate about filming, editing, and building strong social media engagement.

You'll manage creative campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content calendars across multiple brands — ensuring each business maintains its unique voice and identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film, edit, and produce high-quality videos and photos for social media (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
  • Create engaging content ideas that align with each brand's audience and tone.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Manage influencer outreach, collaborations, and UGC campaigns.
  • Regular in-store visits for content creation (weekly).
  • Maintain posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and trends across platforms.
  • Report on engagement and provide creative suggestions for growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
  • Confident with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platforms.
  • Access to a reliable car (travel between locations required).
  • Great communication, organisation, and creative thinking skills.
  • Bonus: Own professional camera or video gear.
