About the Role

We're on the lookout for a skilled Concrete Repairer / Remediation Contractor to join our growing team. You'll be hands-on across a range of structural repair and remediation projects.

You'll work with a crew that takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and delivering solid results on time. If you're reliable, take initiative, and enjoy seeing the results of a job well done, this could be the role for you.

PCA have an upcoming concrete repair project in Sydney, you'll be responsible for running a small team with labourers to assist you in taking charge of the work.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out concrete patching, crack injection, spalling repair, and protective coating works
  • Leading small concrete repair teams, whilst being hands-on carrying out repairs
  • Preparing and finishing surfaces to high standards
  • Applying repair mortars, sealants, and protective coatings
  • Using power tools, grinders, jackhammers, and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Reading and following job specifications and site instructions
  • Working within safety, environmental, and quality standards at all times
  • Collaborating with supervisors and other trades on site

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in concrete repair, remediation, or similar trade work
  • Good understanding of concrete repair products and techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • White Card (required)
  • Confined Space, Working at Heights, and EWP tickets (advantageous)
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
