About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Digital Performance Manager to lead high-impact digital campaigns, manage a team of specialists, and drive measurable outcomes across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across Meta, Google Ads, and (if experienced) DV360
  • Lead a portfolio of client accounts and optimise performance against KPIs
  • Mentor and manage 3–4 digital specialists and executives
  • Analyse market data, implement testing frameworks, and report on outcomes
  • Lead campaign QA, creative rotation, pacing, targeting, and bidding
  • Improve internal processes and contribute to training documentation

Qualifications and Skills

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years in digital performance marketing (agency or client-side
  • Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring a tea
  • Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
  • Programmatic experience (e.g. DV360) is a plus
