The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role is transforming the digital capability and the overall customer experience online. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and implement a best-in-class digital strategy across performance marketing, including paid media, CRM, SEO, analytics, and marketing technology.

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will:

  • Further build and lead a high performing and engaged digital marketing team
  • Manage various agency relationships, ensuring genuine and copacetic third party partnerships
  • Develop and execute high-performing strategies across both paid & owned channels
  • Establish easily digested and scalable processes and performance tracking tools
  • Report on results and foster a data-driven performance culture
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to educate, align, and drive clarity around marketing and digital success
Working in close collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Marketing, this role will play a major role in defining and executing the overall strategy for digital. To that end, it is imperative that the successful candidate be able to demonstrate strategy ideation and implementation, ideally across a similar category, or even within SaaS, leisure and entertainment, retail or another associated sector. As the business goes through this time of transformation, being able to showcase an ability to transition to new tools and systems would also be ideal.
