Digital Account Manager – Lead Key E-commerce Projects

Type | Full-time

Looking to take the next step in account management with a focus on e-commerce? This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where you'll manage a major client account alongside a portfolio of exciting brands, working across Shopify, WordPress, and digital campaigns.

We're working with a respected creative agency that partners with clients across retail, lifestyle, and tech and more. They're seeking a Digital Account Manager who can be the trusted link between clients and an internal team of designers, developers, and strategists.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring projects run smoothly
  • Lead the delivery of digital projects end-to-end: timelines, coordination, budgets, and reporting
  • Take responsibility for one large e-commerce client as well as additional smaller accounts
  • Manage projects across Shopify and WordPress builds, website optimisation, and campaigns
  • Brief and support internal creative and development teams, overseeing QA and delivery
  • Spot opportunities to grow accounts and add value through strategic input
  • Keep projects on track with tools such as Asana, Slack, or similar

What we're looking for

  • 2–4 years' experience in a digital or creative agency in account or project management
  • Experience managing Shopify or WordPress projects essential
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce and digital campaign delivery
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects at once
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – comfortable running client meetings
  • A collaborative approach, with curiosity for new tools and technologies
