We're searching for a commercially sharp, people-first, sleeves-rolled-up Store Manager to lead a high-profile retail operation that thrives on energy, results, and culture.

What You Will Be Doing

Think big store, big energy, big results. You'll be the driving force behind the daily buzz—leading the team, growing sales, and keeping the whole operation running smoother than a fresh coffee on a Monday morning.

  • Leading the daily operations of a high-volume store, driving sales against key performance targets including ATV, conversion, and customer spend.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring a diverse sales team to deliver exceptional service while hitting individual and team goals.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders—Visual Merchandising, Compliance, HR—to keep the store sharp, compliant, and on-brand.
  • Keeping a close eye on sales trends and competitor activity to spot (and seize) commercial opportunities.
  • Staying hands-on and visible on the shop floor—leading by example and building a strong, customer-first culture.
  • Ensuring operational excellence across compliance, inventory, cash handling.

About You

About You You're a motivated, hands-on retail leader who delivers results through people. With a background in high-volume, customer-first environments, you bring energy, resilience, and sharp commercial instincts to every shift.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail leadership role.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural knack for coaching and motivating others.
  • Strong operational focus—you can juggle, problem-solve, and keep calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster.
