THE POSITION

We are seeking a driven and personable Roofing Project Manager to join our team on the Gold Coast. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As Project Manager, you will oversee a team of skilled technicians, coordinate with suppliers and clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. While much of the role involves leadership and management, you'll also be hands-on, stepping onto site when required to oversee key projects.

We're looking for a positive, energetic professional who values collaboration, motivates their team, and takes pride in achieving outstanding results. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train and mentor staff in company procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare accurate quotes and estimates for roofing projects.
• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects from start to finish.
• Delegate tasks and manage daily workflow across the team.
• Track project progress, inventory, and invoicing.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to boost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all industry standards and regulations.
• Stay up to date with new materials, tools, and innovations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintain strong communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. Proven experience in staff management, quoting, estimating, and business development.
2. A current Roofing Trade Licence.
3. Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
4. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
5. Dynamic leadership skills with a successful track record in a similar role.
6. The ability to remain calm, focused, and effective under pressure.
7. Highly organised, efficient, and results-driven approach.
