We're now inviting students to apply for our 2026 Building Cadet Program based on the Gold Coast. If you're currently studying and looking for a flexible part-time role that offers real-world experience, mentorship, and exposure to diverse commercial projects - this is your chance to build your future with us.

Our Cadet Program is designed to complement your studies while giving you hands-on experience across the construction lifecycle. You'll be supported by industry professionals and gain exposure to:

  • Pre-Construction: Estimating, tendering, commercial planning, and design
  • Construction & Delivery: Site scheduling, compliance, quality assurance, contract admin, financial processes, safety, programming, and project management

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated students who are:

  • Currently studying a tertiary qualification in building, construction, or engineering
  • Strong communicators - digitally, verbally, and in writing
  • Organised, with solid time management and a systematic approach
  • Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality delivery
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn from a team of seasoned professionals
