Patio Installer

About the role

Bardera Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Patio Installer / Install crew to join our growing team in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. This full-time position is responsible for the installation and construction of high-quality patios, pergolas, and other outdoor structures for our residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Measure, plan, and install patio structures according to customer specifications and building codes
2. Assemble and erect patio frames, posts, and roofing
3. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
4. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
5. Liaise with the project manager and other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules and deliveries
6. Maintain a clean and organised work environment
7. Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years' experience as a patio installer or similar construction role
2. Strong knowledge of patio design, construction methods, and building regulations
3. Proficient in the use of power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills
8. Current driver's licence and own reliable transportation
