What You'll Do- Consulting & Business Improvement: Lead structured problem-solving and process-improvement initiatives to diagnose root causes, design future-state solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes that create lasting value for clients.
- AI & Digital Enablement: Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance performance and decision-making, while supporting clients in adopting responsible and practical digital solutions.
- Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships through clear communication, empathy, and presence, facilitating workshops, leading discussions, and delivering insights that guide client decisions with confidence.
- Industry Expertise: Apply industry understanding, market analysis, and benchmarking to contextualise recommendations, translating trends and sector dynamics into strategies that drive client performance.
- Capability Development: Strengthen client and team capability by coaching others, sharing learnings, and embedding new ways of working that ensure transformation outcomes are sustainable and scalable.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 4+ years' experience in consulting or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex challenges and deliver clear recommendations.
- Proven experience in process improvement, operating model design or digital transformation.
- Excellent project and program management skills, with a track record of delivering outcomes in complex environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, including experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Awareness of AI, machine learning and automation trends, with the ability to assess opportunities for adoption and translate technical concepts into business impact.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in diverse environments and travel as required.
