About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Industroquip Safety & Signage as a Sales Representative - Technical Sales/Outbound Sales Specialist. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers across a range of industries. This is a full-time role based in Rutherford, NSW.

What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting and generating new leads through outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and networking
  • Providing technical sales support and product expertise to customers
  • Preparing sales proposals and presentations to win new business
  • Maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Providing feedback and insights to the management team to inform product development and service improvements

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the technical or industrial sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with customers
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex products and solutions
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
