Now, we're looking for dynamic and driven sales professionals to join us at our Rutherford store, due to open October 2025

About You

As a Sales Representative, your focus will be on creating an engaging and memorable customer-centric environment while driving sales to achieve individual and store targets. You're:

  • Sales-hungry in every sense, with a proven track record of exceeding retail sales KPIs and targets.
  • Equipped with a retail background (minimum 2 years) and a high-energy, results-driven approach.
  • Exceptional in interpersonal skills, with a strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • At your best when working in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Quick to master new product ranges, POS systems, and sales tools.
  • Familiar with 12v systems (highly regarded but not essential).
  • Committed to maintaining a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Flexible and available to work weekends as part of your regular schedule. (Tue – Sat, Fri -Tues or Thu – Mon)

The Role

As a Sales Representative at our new Rutherford store, you'll be part of an energetic and passionate team.

Your Mission:

  • Collaborate with your team to crush daily and weekly targets while implementing winning strategies.
  • Proactively greet customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure the store looks flawless, reflecting the high standards of our brand.
  • Foster a vibrant, supportive, and positive work culture where everyone is motivated to succeed.
  • Process sales through the POS system and take charge of key operational tasks to keep the store running at its best.
