Customer Service Representative

Division: Weir ESCO Location: 64 Mustang Drive, Rutherford, NSW, 2320 Purpose of Role: The Customer Service Representative (Internal sales) supports the local sales team by resolving customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively. Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, purchase orders, quotes, suggestions and complaints. The position will collaborate closely with our suppliers, customers, quality, engineering and area managers to provide compelling value to our customers. Key Responsibilities: _(What are the top 4 focus areas of the job, Safety First is required)_ - Customer service: Execute first-line customer engagement processes. Process customer sales orders, returns, credits, and invoices through established standards and procedures. Institute the proper procedures to settle customer complaints while constantly striving to exceed the expectations of the customer. Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, product maintenance, services, policies, procedures, deliveries, etc. - Internal sales: Communicate customer requirements to the appropriate people within the organization to ensure conformance to customer purchase orders and inquiries. Prepare, send and follow up on requests for quotations and other activities necessary to promote sales - Data integrity: Complies with ESCO's sales processes by adhering to "CRM" (Salesforce) standard work; this in includes daily activity logs, opportunity management, and customer contact information. - Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
