The Role

As an
IT Support Engineer
, you'll be the go-to person for frontline and onsite technology support across multiple SASH locations. You'll play a key role in enabling our clinical and business teams, supporting our digital transformation, and helping to drive automation and AI adoption across the network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Deploy, configure and support end-user devices (PCs, mobiles, desk phones).
  • Administer and support Active Directory, Azure AD & Microsoft 365.
  • Assist with server, network and printer maintenance.
  • Log and manage IT support tickets; contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Support onboarding and setup for new team members.
  • Occasionally travel to other SASH sites (including interstate).

About You

  • 1–4 years' experience in IT Support or Service Desk roles.
  • Strong technical skills across Windows & Mac OS environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (AD, Azure AD, M365, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between sites.
