Our client is seeking
Contact Center Engineer
to join one of the largest and most high-profile Federal Government Contact Center operations in the country. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service, excel in a NOC-style environment, and enjoy working with cutting-edge technology, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact at scale.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
  • Proven expertise in complex technical environments with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep domain knowledge in contact centre or unified communications technologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of 1–2 major contact centre platforms (NICE CXOne, Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Verint).
  • Proficiency in SIP and Session Border Controller (SBC) management.
  • Experience with call recording systems and integrations.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks (Change, Incident, Problem Management).
  • Australian citizenship and eligibility for Federal Government NV1 security clearance
