The Role

We're on the lookout for a motivated Junior Internal Business Development Manager to join our team in our brand-new Sydney showroom.

This is an incredible opportunity to step into the world of architectural product sales, learn directly from the Managing Director, and build a career that could see you becoming one of the best BDMs in the industry.

You'll start by learning the fundamentals — engaging with clients, identifying new opportunities, and mastering CRM systems — before progressing into a full-time sales role with face-to-face client meetings, site visits, and commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Proactively reach out to architects, builders, and fabricators to uncover new opportunities.
  • CRM & Data Management: Keep client interactions and project pipelines up to date within the CRM.
  • Learning & Development: Show curiosity, take initiative, and be proactive in seeking guidance as you grow your skills.

About You

  • You've got a natural flair for sales and relationship building.
  • Experience in architectural or construction products is ideal, but not essential.
  • You're a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and learning from every conversation.
  • Tech-savvy, organised, and eager to learn how to manage CRM systems.
  • Independent and resourceful yet humble enough to ask for help when needed.
  • Comfortable picking up the phone — and willing to grow through experience.
