The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of commercial fitout projects valued between $500k and $10M. You will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and site staff to ensure timely project delivery
  • Oversee all aspects of site safety, quality control, and compliance
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Architects, and Clients to maintain strong communication
  • Monitor and drive project timelines and milestones
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and weekly progress meetings
  • Maintain site records, reporting, and short-term programming

About You

  • Proven experience delivering commercial fitout or refurbishment projects
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build rapport with trades and stakeholders
  • Exceptional understanding of site safety and WHS regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Proficiency with site management software (Procore desirable but not essential)
  • Trade background or construction-related qualification preferred
