We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance / M&A specialist to join a global renewable energy business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will support international corporate finance activities with a particular focus on divestments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support corporate finance and M&A transactions, with a strong emphasis on divestments and project portfolio sale.
  • Prepare financial models, valuations, and investment materials.
  • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to the APAC Head of Corporate Finance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across projects and corporate functions.

About You

  • Proven experience in corporate and project finance, investment banking, or M&A advisory.
  • Strong background in
    divestment transactions

  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage complex transactions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
