**Executive - Corporate Finance (Melbourne)**

Our **Debt Advisory** team supports organisations to make sound financial and capital structuring decisions. We work closely with our clients to provide independent advice on financing options and strategy and then support their capital raising activities in the market, including preparation of supporting materials and direct negotiations with financiers.

The **KPMG Debt Advisory** team sits within **Corporate Finance** and is part of our larger national **Deal Advisory** group. This group is dedicated to assisting clients to find and drive value throughout the deal and transformation lifecycle, from strategy through to deal execution and post deal implementation.

Our **Debt Advisory** team focuses on providing independent financial advisory services and financing options across a range of transactions, including (amongst others):

- Large corporate borrowers seeking senior secured and hybrid/subordinated/mezzanine debt.
- Greenfield and brownfield project financing.
- Securitisation, non-bank issuers and financial services companies; and
- Advice for government related organisations.

Our team has the capability to deliver funding solutions from multiple capital providers including bank and non-bank lenders, and we are heavily involved in the preparation of supporting materials and direct negotiations with financiers to support our clients’ capital raising activities in the market.

**Your Opportunity - Analyst or Executive (Melbourne)**

This national team is growing, with an opportunity for an **Analyst** or **Executive (early career professionals)** in Melbourne who is seeking a role offering exposure to a wide range of transactions including corporate financing for investment grade clients, securitisation for non-bank issuers, project finance for infrastructure, power and resources projects.
- Demonstrating enthusiasm for, or recent experience in, financial advisory or deal environment.
- Building and using financial models and financial analysis for complex transactions across a variety of sectors.
- Supporting the delivery of transactions via project management activities and interacting with clients, financiers, and legal advisors.
- Identifying issues, generating options, and supporting our recommendations to clients; and
- Assisting with the preparation of transaction deliverables including teaser documents, information memorandums, financial models, term sheets and other reports and presentations.

We take an advisory approach in all that we do and work closely with our Transaction Services, Valuations and, Turnaround and Restructuring teammates in Deal Advisory. We also partner and connect with industry professionals from our Infrastructure, Assets and Places group, which has over 700 infrastructure advisory specialists. These connections are a key and exciting component of the growth and learning opportunities within KPMG.

Our Deal Advisory team are part of our global KPMG network, with the ability to derive global industry insights, research, and market data as well leveraging client relationships in various geographies.
