Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Melbourne, VIC with some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategic sales plans. Other day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing competitors, preparing proposals, and coordinating with different teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

  • Experience in developing strategic sales plans and conducting market research
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
