About the role
Stahmann Webster is looking for an ICT Support Officer to provide level 1 and level 2 support for ICT infrastructure and business systems. Reporting to the ICT Operations and Security Manager, the role works closely with the ICT team, outsourced providers, internal customers, and suppliers to ensure that IT infrastructure and business systems are working as expected.
Duties include but not limited to
- Management and Triage of Helpdesk support tickets.
- Liaise promptly with ICT staff to ensure the ongoing provision of services and systems.
- Generalist support for hardware, including setup of new hardware such as printers, scanners, audio / visual setups, and mobile phones.
- Generalist support for business systems issues with the support of the business systems analyst.
- Install base software on networked and standalone PCs and/or servers.
- Network Administration support – cable patching, user management, permissions and general fault finding.
- Management of the Office365 and Intune environment for the company.
- Liaise with external partners for support and purchasing as required.
- Travelling to other sites in the Bundaberg region as needed.
Essential Criteria, Skills and Experience
- Work effectively in a team and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Australian Driver's Licence.
- Ability to travel for work.

What You Should Know About Our Operations
Our business is widespread, growing walnuts, almonds and bees in the Riverina Region in New South Wales, pecans in Moree and macadamias, avocados and mangoes in Bundaberg, Queensland.
Off the paddock, we operate nut processing and packing facilities in Leeton, Toowoomba and Bundaberg as well as fruit packing and processing in Bundaberg. In addition, our shared services teams (Finance, Sales, ESG, Safety and People & Culture) are located across all of our sites as well as the Brisbane, Melbourne and Griffith offices.
