Introduction

We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Assistant, who prides themselves on quality customer service, to join our Bundaberg Office. This is an entry level role and is suitable for someone interested in developing a career in Business Administration.

Ideal candidate will be able to start by the 1st December 2025 or earlier.

Description

In this role you will complete:

  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Reception relief and domestic duties (general office tidiness and hospitality tasks)
  • Organising catering and completing purchase orders
  • Banking, filing and office errands

This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. As this role involves running errands around town during business hours, the successful candidate must have a current Driver's license and own car (or close to obtaining).
