Due to continued growth at Chery Brighton, we have an opportunity for a Sales Concierge to join our Sales team

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all visitors on arrival, determine the purpose of their visit, and escort them to the appropriate department or staff member.
• For sales enquiries, capture relevant details, introduce the visitor to a suitable salesperson, and promptly notify the Sales Manager.
• Ensure all customer requests—whether verbal or written—are handled promptly, professionally, and with care.
• Offer refreshments to all visitors to the dealership, across both Sales and Service departments.
• Consistently deliver the highest standard of customer experience.
• Ensure the reception area, customer café, and lounge are kept clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
• Provide phone support and assist with reception overflow as required.

Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. What you do need is a solid work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving excellence.
