Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
\We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a concierge.
\- Our concierge will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.
- They will be responsible for ensuring that our customers feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.

- Greet guests with genuine warmth and ensure customer comfort whilst in the retail centre.\
- Maintain well-presented floor and display stock.\
- Assist with sales consultant diary management (allocation of leads and working with sales consultants to ensure follow-up takes place).\
- Provide administration support to the sales team.\
- Identify and deliver initial customer needs.\
- Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive business growth.\
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
\- Previous experience in a concierge or administration role.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly regarded.
- High level of organisational and planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and motivated nature.
