Full Time Business Development Manager

Mastercare operates in all states & territories of Australia & both Islands of New Zealand and is a reputable and progressive commercial cleaning services provider currently needing a full time Business Development based in beautiful Lane Cove.

Mastercare predominantly services the retail, industrial, transport markets with a client portfolio consisting of leading commercial agencies, multi nationals and small to medium groups.

The Business Development Manager must be confident who has a passion for sales and wining new business. This full-time position requires the successful applicant to develop and execute a nationwide business development strategy.

Key Responsibilities for Australia & New Zealand:

  • Sourcing and winning new business on an ongoing basis

  • Business to Business - Identifying decision makers, influencers & procurement managers then Cold Calling

  • Appointment setting for MD & GM

  • Maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through appealing follow-up's

  • Hybrid Work from Home / Office

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Ability to work of own initiative

  • Clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal.

  • A Self-Starter with experience in a business-to-business sales role

  • A proven track record in driving sales and winning new business

  • Minimum 3 years' Experience with Telemarketing and/or Lead Generation

  • Strong client relationships and customer service skills

  • Credibility and ability to influence at owner/manager level

  • Experience in the Commercial Cleaning Industry is highly desirable

  • Willing to travel interstate in Australia & to New Zealand
