Job Overview:

As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and packing down our jewellery stall at local markets. You'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that our stall runs smoothly, customers receive excellent service, and our presence at the market is unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set Up & Pack Down:
  • Arrive early to prepare and set up the jewellery shop at market locations.
  • Ensure the stall is visually appealing and organized, reflecting our brand effectively.
  • Pack down and secure all inventory at the end of the market.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to all customers.
  • Answer product-related queries and make recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat business.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Keep track of stock levels and ensure products are presented in an attractive manner.
  • Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
  • Market Logistics:
  • Coordinate logistics of market schedules and locations.
  • Ensure all necessary materials, including signage, payment systems, and product displays, are in place.

Requirements:

  • License

  • Ability to set up and pack down a market stall efficiently.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekends.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
