Who We're Looking For

This role is for experienced horticultural professionals who take pride in their work.

Requirements:


• Minimum 3 years' experience in high-end residential or commercial horticulture


• Formal horticulture qualifications


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


• Manual driver's licence


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Physically fit and motivated to deliver high standards

Highly regarded:


• Confidence with garden machinery and basic equipment maintenance


• Experience leading or training others
