About Us:

Rosette Horticulture is a boutique garden maintenance company specialising in the care and curation of high end residential gardens throughout Melbourne's inner suburbs. We have a reputation for attention to detail, reliability, a high level work ethic and pride in all we do.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate gardener to join our close-knit team. You'll be working in some of Melbourne's most beautiful and well-established gardens, maintaining their health, presentation and seasonal vibrancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Garden maintenance: weeding, pruning, detailing, fertilising, mulching, lawn care
  • Hedge maintenance and topiary work
  • Planting and soft landscaping
  • Pest and disease identification and treatment
  • Operating tools and machinery (hedge-trimmers, blowers, brush-cutters, chainsaws, mowers) safely and efficiently
  • Liaising with clients in a professional and respectful manner

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience in residential garden maintenance (preferably high-end)
  • Strong plant knowledge and understanding of seasonal care
  • Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
  • Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a high level of pride in your work
  • Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
  • Vehicle and current drivers licence (preferred)
  • Current ABN
