This is a contract role for an Account Service Coordinator. Starting in October / November 2025 until December months with possible extension). The Account Service Coordinator will handle day-to-day job management, and ensure high levels of accuracy in all work. Responsibilities include assisting the Account Management and Production Teams with the coordination of projects from inception to completion, communicating effectively with clients and suppliers, and analysing project needs for optimal delivery. The role also includes general administration work, assisting the team as required.

This role located is in Fortitude Valley Brisbane, QLD, with Monday work-from-home.

Ideal Applicants will have:

  • Demonstrated prior experience in a similar role within the design, signage, or print industry, showcasing a solid understanding of industry practices and requirements in print.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and composed approach while working under tight deadlines, effectively managing time and resources to meet project deliverables.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail, excellent proof reading skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and service skills, enabling effective interactions with suppliers, clients, and team members.
  • A positive attitude, a genuine willingness to learn and grow professionally, and a collaborative approach to teamwork, fostering a supportive and cooperative work environment.
  • Must have an open drivers licence for site visits and deliveries as required.
  • High level of Computer Literacy in a Mac environment.
  • Experience in the property development industry is a plus.
