Energy Plus Australia is a fast growing solar retailer based on the Gold Coast.

We are seeking an experienced door to door lead generation manager to join our team.

The role includes -

  • Recruitment of new applicants to build a team.
  • Training of lead generators to provide quality solar appointments to our sales staff.
  • Oversee daily activity and results.
  • Motivate and provide leadership to the team.
  • Organise territories and liaise with sales manager.
